I was strong-armed for .70 by the window attendant on a drive-through order. I ordered a double cheeseburger which costs $2.59... but my bill came to $3.30. I paid on the app, and when I got to the window I asked the you g lady for a receipt and she told meUD get it at the next window (which I knew was bogus because they don?t issue receipts at the next window). I would have stayedand protested but I had to get somewhere important. I went to the BBB?s website and seen that this happened in another statealso and that .70 is the amount that some franchises are collecting for charity. I don?t mind giving but just don?t take mymoney and then refuse me a receipt.If this location tried this again they will have hell to pay and I will be taking legalaction. They didn?t put my sauce that I asked for on the speaker in the bag or any napkins. I should never have to ask for a napkin to... be placed in my bag. I went to get my husband and I something to eat. I ordered 2 20 piece nuggets and 2 large fries. Get to first window paid for... order, no problem. Get to second window and had to wait OK again, no problem. Young man comes to window and asked me did I have1 10 piece and 2 large fries. I started no that it's 2 20 piece and 2 large fry. With attitude slams window. Comes back withorder, "have a good day, he says again with attitude" and shoves food in my hand. So, I look in the bag, now I'm aggravated. 1,20 piece and 2 large fry. So, I say this is not right. And explained what I ordered, he says " OK, give me the bag, again withattitude. At this point I'm just ready to go. He comes back with the order again shoves the bag in my hand, "have a good day"with attitude like I'm getting on his nerves. I looked in the bag again, This time my order was correct. The audacity to havean attitude cause you can't get a simple order correct is beyond me. Their attitude is horrible and the only reason I even wentthere is cause they are close to home. Placed a order on the app for my students for lunch time.once again... ordering from a app doesn't speed up the process lol. The... App said food was being made after i checked in on the app. but all they do is ignore the app orders, and finish there drivethru orders and took FOREVER TO COMPLETE my order!! I will never order here again. They just too slow! I waited about 15minutes! It truly doesnt take that long. Seems like they purposely move slow. The whole reason to order on the app is to bypasswaiting... and grab and go!!! well...your still going have to wait a while for your order still here. ???????? two thumbs downfor speed!!
