Probably one of the worst McDonald?s experiences ever. Forgot my two McChicken?s, the sauce I asked for and was the wrong sauce... first of all and forgot 2 fries along with the rest of my meal. The people at the first window were nice but the second windowwhere I got my food was rude. Didn?t say one word just handed my bag of food (that was wrong) and slammed the window. In my opinion, absolutely the worst. To make a long story short, my husband was threatened to get the police called on him by... the female manager at this location because he wanted to buy 2 hungry little boys who were outside in the cold some food.Wouldn't even let them come in the restaurant. And refused us service. We will personally never go here again. Read more
Supposed to be open at 6am. Dropped my order on the app and paid for it. Get there 6:10am. "We're closed." "When do y'all open?"... ... silence... "I already paid on the app." ...silence... Had to leave without my food or my money because I have a job Iactually have to be on time for. Pathetic excuse for a business. Zero stars if I could. Read more
To begin I was greeted with silence. waited and said hello multiple times for about 4 minutes, until someone finally took my... order. I mind you I was the only car in the drive through. So for them to have downtime like that and not be available is rude.Not to mention I think that they?re trying to kill ppl serving this uncooked food. My fries were DRIED out. It?s clear theyhaven?t made new ones in hours or change the grease, it was just roasting under the warmers. My sandwich was not fully cookedeither and the cheese was NOT melted at ALL. I rarely write bad reviews, I've worked at fast food places, this is partly why this situation left such a bad taste in my mouth... but Jesus Christ was the service at this McDonalds terrible. Someone wanted to get out early because took someone elses orderthat got to the other window at literally the exact same time as me but let me sit and wait for 7 minutes until they told methey wouldnt take my order. Every time I come here the service is absolute trash and something in my order is always wrong, they don?t even care to make... what you order correct which i really don?t understand considering the menu is not rocket science. I don?t expect a lot out ofmcdonald?s but it?s rude how as soon as I pull up and don?t even speak yet someone has a soggy attitude just telling me to gowith my order, no greeting no nothing. Worst McDonalds I've Ever Experienced.. I work in Many Towns and States on East Coast.. Ive came to this McDonald's Twice in... past month. The first time-I went through Drive thu at 7:05am said were short staff and won't be taking orders until 8am..ok soI did some paper work and waited.. 8:05am. I get "What" at the speaker.. Im like large coffee 10 cream and... INTERRUPTED....Sir. She Said, We don't have Enough staff and we will not be serving coffee drinks.. So I'm like hold up... I just waiting foryour lazy self 1hour to make coffee and you want to tell me that.. So I left. Today.. Sitting in long as Drive Thru... Get tothe outside lane ordering speaker.. I get "Hold Up"!!! I'm sitting and steady see cars on the inner lane order and go,, nextcar.. So lucky the person behind me sees what's going on and backs up and gives me room to back up to reset the bell.. Nope..Nothing.. So I drive to 1st window.. Says next window please.. Lady come to Window and starts to hand me someone else's order..And I told her I was getting ignored on speaker can I just get a coffee and blueberry muffin.. She says, no I can not take yourorder... I need to drive back around.. And by then.the line is long and I tell her this is bad service.. I get window slammedand I believe a Fuc* Y#u.. A Roach at the drive through window literally crawled from inside the restaurant to the outside window then back in. The... employee looked at it too. Also they don?t give out sauce when you ask. 20 Pc Chicken with 1 sauce ? Read more
