The food is great. But the service is abysmal. We had a reservation at 7pm and we got seated at 8pm without an apology or... anything. We didn't receive our dinner until nearly 930pm and we got home around 1030pm. My fiancés water glass was emptynearly the entire night without ever being asked if he wanted a refill. We never even ordered the bread but she brought it outand then we were charged for it. I have been so looking forward to trying this place because I have heard the Italian is some ofthe best in Cleveland but honestly I will never waste my time again. Food was very good though. This place was amazing. We were turned away by a rude hostess at a neighboring restaurant but welcomed with a smile here at Mia... Bella. The food and wine were outstanding; I'm still dreaming of the eggplant parm. I also had the bread service and pestopasta. All were absolutely wonderful. Read more

Worth a whole night out. Had an amazing 4 course meal at the owner?s (who joined us) recommendations. The shrimp ???? appetizer... had a sauce you could drink (or really sop up with the bread). The eggplant appetizer and its sauce were perfect. The raguentree with papadelle cooked perfectly al dente. Espresso to finish was great too. Don?t do the American thing here and get into get out. Go for the experience! Read more

Excellent Italian restaurant. Went there on a Monday night it was packed. That's a good sign. The food was very authentic and... delicious. The neighborhood was also fun to walk around. Lots of shops and bakeries and restaurants. Read more

Visiting Cleveland for hubby's 60th with Rock and Roll museum, cruising Lake Erie. This restaurant lived up to the occasion. The... vibe was southern Italian elegance and the open air made you feel like you were in Italy. We started with a cocktail for me(1920s Americano otherwise known as a negroni) and a beer for him. At $2 the bread basket was generous and fresh with both evooand herb butter. He had a caeser salad that could easily feed 2, fresh and delicious. My beet, arugula, goat cheese, walnut saladwas also huge and so tasty. For entrees we both got veal: he had the brasciole with cavatapi pasta and asparagus, to die for andI had the piccata with thin linguini and asparagus. Flavor on point and very thin tender pieces. We were way too full to getdessert so next door at Corbo's we picked up an eclair and cannoli to have later. I would love to come back and try their otherdishes next time in Cleveland. Restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel so parking was not a problem and we got towork off that delicious meal! Read more

Upscale Italian restaurant with great meal choices. Their sauce is mostly beef based (veal, beef) with well balanced spices.... Pasta is fresh and al dente. Good wine list. Service is very good too. Prices are very high so best to go on a special occasion. Read more

Cozy corner restaurant for delicious Italian food. Loved our window view and overall warm environment. I tried the cheese... tortellini and loved every bite. Virgin mojito was a bit overpriced for a whopping $11/cup! Overall a great place for a specialoccasion or evening out. Read more

THE best Italian restaurant in Little Italy. The food is to die for, the service is great, and the atmosphere is relaxing and... inviting. If you enjoy a nice meal while people watching, this is the place to go in the summer. Enjoy a nice glass of wine atone of the tables outside and take in the quaint surroundings of Little Italy. Their sugo (tomato sauce) is the best I?vetried?hearty and tangy. The pasta is fresh and delicious. I have yet to try a dish I have not enjoyed. Read more
