The lady is cool, the guy who cooks n the back is very rude. I ask him to chop my steak up, he acts as if its a problem. I ask... him to double grill my bread, he acts like its a problem. Its not like he doing something for free, im paying. And im payingalot of money. You should cook your customers food like they ask you, without sucking ur teeth and being non chalant. Surprisingly good, I got the butter cheesesteak. When I saw the finish product looking at it, steak-um (not a fan) I thought... yuck, but instead I was pleasantly shocked & pleased. I would return again. Read more

1 star because they lied and said their scanner wouldn't work on national sub day BOGO just so they wouldn't have to give you... the free sub!!! Went over to Euclid their's scan with no problem. They said the system been working fine all day so it wasn't acompany thing. Just sad!!!! Read more
