I've purchased sandwiches from this shop less than 1/2 dozen times after relocating to Cleveland from Los Angeles. Sandwiches... are tasty. Costly, but tasty. I agree with one reviewer saying the employees are not friendly. Cashier ok...but male employeesshow a distant attitude. A good course in attitude adjustment may help. Parking is sketchy as well. This is by far the best Mr. Hero I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and actually remembers your order. My boyfriend... and I have tried going to other places in the area, but we kept coming back here. The appearance on the outside could use alittle work, but don't let it fool you.
