Drive-thru service was average nothing special. From the outside you wouldn't even know the place was in business. Run down... building, huge potholes in the lot where you drive to get to the drive thru ordering system, basically no curb appealwhatsoever. Ordered a large Roman burger that was okay. Luke-warm at best and I live three minutes from this place. Betteroptions in the area. Won't be going back. Read more

Where do I EVEN start. Will not be ordering food from here or giving my time. I am self aware as well as culturally aware. TBH,... the owner or whoever works the window..older guy.. he is RUDE. I had to stoop to his level in order for me to obtain respectableservice, but of course..it didn't come without him cursing me out on his language. Probably "ni$&@ this" n- word that. Justrude. There was a time where this place was decent, however judging by tonight's dinner, that time has come and past. I can appreciate... that times are hard and getting certain items might be difficult, but that's no excuse to purposely ruin your products by tryingto stretch them further. The cheese 'sauce' I got tonight was so watered down it barely stuck to the fries.. The over pricedsandwiches were basically bread. I wasted 60 dollars of my hard earned money to treat my family. It has been 4 years since I was home in Cleveland and that was the best romanburger I had. I also got the tater tots and poppers... and they were good fried just right. The only problem was the drive thru girl, she wasn't with it.. and had to yell for an extrabag and ketchup. Read more
Great food but terrible ordering process. When I arrived at the drive-through, which is the only other way to order besides... doing it through Doordash because they closed the interior do to covid, the woman taking my order didn't seem to know English.When I ordered the two cheese steaks the woman didn't seem to know what they were. After about ten minutes of explaining to herwhat I wanted, I pulled up to the window, paid, and got my food and receipt. The receipt had two different names then thesandwiches I ordered. When I got home I looked inside the bag, they gave me a mushroom cheese steak and a bag of chickennuggets, both of wich I did not order. I know they did not mix up my order because no one else was in the drive-through. I lovethis places food, but only when its right. Somewhat would recommend. Read more
Don't waste your time. no one was at the counter and when the worker that was there cooking looked at me he didn't say anything... to let me know anything and continued to do what he was doing. Read more
