Good food but they really do take way to long
I ordered online and when I got there for the time that I put my food wasn't even ready.
Although the lady at the register was very pleasant and tried her best to assist me, she wasn't. The management had no clue what... they were doing and in the process lost my online coupon from Mr. Hero and then told me he was sorry, there's nothing he coulddo. And didn't try to make amends. I ordered a meal for a friend of mine & the worker (heavy set dark complected dude) got upset because I placed another order.... Wow I thought he would be happy to make time go by. I was at work and ran out to grab a roman burger i ordered my food 14 in roman no onion.... it took 5 min for her to take my... payment. I got my food got back to work and not only did it have onion it also had banana peppers... wth... i know they didntchange the menu cor banana peppers to be normal. But a huge disappointment i was excited and expecting a good sandwich:-( Read more

Yep, they are right...pretty ghetto. This use to be a really good location. We would take a trip from the west side just to... grab a sandwich. Picked up a sandwich yesterday and the vegetables on the roman burger were wilty brown with an old taste.Pretty sloppy sandwich. Doesn't matter where the restaurant is located, the food should be good at best. This was bad. Timeto make some changes.... Read more
