Good wasn't bad, seemed fresh but poorly assembled. Bathroom was filthy and smelly. Television was so loud, it was difficult to... have a conversation. But we didn't get sick from eating there. That's a plus. Read more
I just left there and i told them NO sauerkraut. There?s like no cheese either and the meat is tough.
Surprisingly I normally give 5 starts however I didn't enjoy my veggie sub, the bread was crunchy & too tuff to chew. My veggies... were skimpy & flat I asked for all veggies and only received 3 different kind although about 6 or more options was read off tome. The door dash driver was great. The food on the other hand fries were like they were yesterday's fries just dipped in hot water... and maybe even harder and drier than they should be in the sandwich had hardly any meat on it and it was cold it was just verybad and I'd like a refund because it was uneditable I just wasted money and the lemonade had some kind of food and garbagefloating at the bottom of it Read more
First time here. The toppings were a little light on the sub, for the price, but it was good. Fries and Lemonade were delicious!... Cashier was the least pleasant part of the experience, but my guy making the subs was SUPER friendly and pleasant! Overall itwas a good visit! Thanks! Read more
If I could give this no stars, I would. My husband went into the Cleveland location on vista way earlier this afternoon. He got... the his sub with uncooked chicken. Completely raw and UNCOOKED. Frustrated, we called this location, and the manager didn?t haveany answers so she transferred me to the general manager, Shay. Shay was very rude and had zero customer service. Her responseto me was ?unfortunately it was overlooked? no genuine apology was given. I am hoping for no sickness or food poisoning. Butthis was the absolute worst experience I?ve had.
