Just picked up my food and employees even the manager act as if they don't want to work. I waited a good 10 min before I had to... ask them if they were going to wait on us. There were only 2 customers in the store waiting. They made both of our orders wrongand act as if they don't care. If your employees hate their jobs and don't want to work you should send them home and ask themto not return. They seem to forget it's the paying customers that pay their paychecks and keeps the business in business. Read more
The manger was rude she hung up. I called corporate and I'm still waiting for a call back Prices are wrong in store when asked... manger told me she can't help what the sign says I'm telling you what the price is. Terrible Service. Waited 30 minutes total from the time I entered to the time I left. Unacceptable any time but especially... during lunch time when people are in a rush. Waited at least 5 minutes to place my order, after waiting another 15 minutes formy order and seeing others who ordered after me receive their orders I asked when my order would be ready only to be told theywere waiting on my whole wheat bread. Still had to wait another 10 minutes. They should have told me there would be a wait &asked if I would prefer a different type of bread instead but didn't.
