Terrible Service. Waited 30 minutes total from the time I entered to the time I left. Unacceptable any time but especially... during lunch time when people are in a rush. Waited at least 5 minutes to place my order, after waiting another 15 minutes formy order and seeing others who ordered after me receive their orders I asked when my order would be ready only to be told theywere waiting on my whole wheat bread. Still had to wait another 10 minutes. They should have told me there would be a wait &asked if I would prefer a different type of bread instead but didn't. Great hot sandwiches. Everything is made to order and expect 5-10 minutes to receive your food. Fresh squeezed lemonade and hand... cut fries are a great pairing to any sandwich. There?s usually a table to sit at even around the lunch hour. Read more

Just picked up my food and employees even the manager act as if they don't want to work. I waited a good 10 min before I had to... ask them if they were going to wait on us. There were only 2 customers in the store waiting. They made both of our orders wrongand act as if they don't care. If your employees hate their jobs and don't want to work you should send them home and ask themto not return. They seem to forget it's the paying customers that pay their paychecks and keeps the business in business. Read more

The manger was rude she hung up. I called corporate and I'm still waiting for a call back Prices are wrong in store when asked... manger told me she can't help what the sign says I'm telling you what the price is. The chicken cordon blu sub is pretty tasty but the fries were so burned. Smh. Just throw the batch out and start over. Stop... waisting people's money. What a waist of food. Please retrain who ever cooked the fries. How can they be soggy and hard at thesame time??? Read more

We just spent $40 and received slop. I tried to call before coming back up and of course they don?t answer. My sandwich was... incorrect, fries were burnt and cold, like how is that even possible. I should have just canceled my order when I saw the paystation where you swipe your credit card. It had food and what appeared to a liquid all over it. I had to use a napkin to grabtheir pen and sign. This is how my sandwich looks and this is a small fry. This is not $11.85 worth of food. I asked for lettuceand tomatoes onions and mushrooms and none of that is on the sandwich. It?s PB & J for dinner I guess ???? Read more
