I ordered my food at 8:57p I am STILL currently waiting for my order and it?s 10:52p. I have continuously called the store and... no answer. Now that the store is technically closed the phone hangs up and says they?re closed. I call customer service andthey?re NO HELP because they ?don?t contact the stores directly?. This is ridiculous. Ordered on the app. Seems liked the pizza was made right away. Then it sat there for about an hour waiting on a delivery driver... to bring my pizza. I would of picked it up, however you can't change it after you place the order. And when I placed the order,it said it would only take 30minutes. Read more
I ordered a large veggie pizza for pickup on the DoorDash app. My order was ready when I arrived and the pizza was pretty good.
BUYER BEWARE!!! They never deliver!!...they will take your order and say they will be there in 30 mins and not come. You will... even call back and they will say the driver is in route..an hour later they are still not there. They never show up. They havebeen doing this for years so I don't know how they are still in business. Pick your food up from this location or go elsewhere! Read more
I ordered online and it said my order was out for delivery about 15 minutes after ordering. After an hour of waiting I didn?t... receive what I ordered yet. I then got a message saying that it would be delivered with DoorDash. The lady from DoorDash gets tomy house and it?s the wrong order. Worst pizza hut I've ever been to. I requested curbside and let them know I was there. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside... where my pizza was just sitting there. It was no longer hot and very dry. Didn't even receive the sauces I paid for which mighthave made the pizza edible. Had to throw the entire pizza away. I eat pizza hut a lot and this location failed the entire brandname. Read more
I ? PIZZA ???? HUT. The pizza is mostly always prepared correctly and the quality is 100% great. The Buffalo chicken ???? pizza... is spicy enough and I enjoy the onion and banana peppers that?s included. The wings and other appetizers are pretty good too.
