The girl didn't catch her name because she was sitting in a chair at the register looking at her cell phone she had a earring in... her lip I asked about the new pizza she told me that it was nasty then I told her I don't want to eat a pizza that doesn't tastegood there she was like oh the piece of taste good what you want then I told her like no I'm fine I don't want to eat anythingthat doesn't taste good she had an attitude the whole time not one time that she looked me in my face the other lady that wasthere she also was sitting in a chair the older lady that didn't catch her name she offered me a personal pan pizza and a coldpop when I told her no I was hungry and I wanted to order a whole pizza so the girl with the earring in our lip and when thephone in her face was smacking her lips attitude so I asked her what's wrong with you she said I'm waiting on you to hurry upand order what you going to order so I can put it in the register then I asked her would you like for me to go have lunchsomewhere else she told me to get out the store and go have lunch somewhere else terrible customer service not coming back tothis location terrible customer service I will be calling corporate to complain about the poor attitude and the sitting and thedisrespect of customer service that that restaurant is providing Read more
Would not recommend going here ever. horrible customer service went there the first time to pick up a pizza just to find out its... was given to someone else. A week later I give the place another chance I called up there for delivery they said no deliverypick up only then hung up on me. Worse pizza hut around. Read more
Love this place, staff friendly and welcoming, clean lobby, fast service! one of the best quick Lunch or dinner pizza places my... favorite I usually go with a personal size pan and cheese bread sticks. Amazing experience food is well made and I never haveissues ordering at pizza hut. I ordered the edge by taking out the pepperoni, it been delivered how I asked for it which reallymade my day and everything, I want to say thank you! They never give you what they advertise. I ordered a dinner box, medium pan pizza, 5 breadsticks and 10 cinnamon sticks. They... only gave me 5 cinnamon sticks and the pizza looked like a toddler made it. Read more
The website allowed me to order a dual pasta and cheesy bread combo. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told they tried to... call and that they did not have pasta available. I asked if they had the cheesy bread and I was asked, "Oh, you still wantthat?" I replied with a yes. I waited 15 minutes for them to hand me my order. I live 0.8 miles away, less than three minutes ofdriving, and upon arriving home I discovered all of my food was cold. The pizza was cut extremely unevenly. The wings had barelyany seasoning on them and seemed almost undercooked. I also discovered that they had given me a pepperoni p'zone rather thancheesy bread. I waited 15 minutes for cold food, no pasta, no cheesy bread and an extra p'zone. This location has been gettingincreasingly worse over the years and I'm uncertain we will continue ordering from this store. Read more
First visit to this location. The pizza was burnt. Tried to tell me that it was because it sat in the warmer 30 minutes. My... response was it should be warming not cooking. They offered to remake pizza. When I got home to feed the family the pizzas onlyhad a whisper of sauce. Only one was to have light sauce but they were all less than light sauce. I took them back the next daysince they were now closed. While waiting for the remakes, 2 other customers came in to get pizza ....one was not ready but whenit was ready it was burnt. The other customer had other complaints. Also while waiting two employees began loudly cursing eachother out. This was extremely worrisome. Pizza has cheese right? I double checked the online order to make sure this wasn't an ordering error. At least two employees... were involved in making this pizza. Raises some questions about quaility control. Upon calling to speak with the manager I wasoffered a partial refund. Read more
Service here is terrific! The gentleman that serviced my family was name Shabazz I believe if memory serves me correctly very... nice and informative. However everyone was really nice and the food was cooked to perfection. Appreciate you guys so much! Read more
