they told my delivery driver they dont hv chicken and will cook it in 30min, so my driver waited, an hour and a half later, they... didnt even start cooking. i feel bad for my driver sitting there for so long and wont make any money for the time he waited. Read more
After 9pm they cut off their drive thru mic's like they are closed. You have cars sitting there for 20 or more minutes until... someone gets fed up and drives to the window to order. This has happened at the buckeye & Lee Harvard locations. I tried tocomplain at their corporate office but getting in touch with them sucked too. No more after 8pm Popeyes for me. Read more

Ordered two spicy legs and a biscuit. Received a thigh, leg, wing and biscuit (hence the reason for the three stars. I don't... like thighs or wings..wanted my legs). At least the chicken was fresh and the biscuit wasn't too hard on the top. The worker whotook our order was friendly and professional. All-in-all this was the best experience I've had at a Popeyes since they firstopened here in Ohio (as unbelievable as it may seem it's true). The locations on my side of town (Euclid) has the worse customerservice, ever! and even when they first open for the day the food taste like it was cooked two hours prior to. Ordered drive thru, got to window to pay with my debit card..then the cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt. Isn't getting a... receipt automatic?? I ordered 4 thighs, side order red beans and rice and mac and cheese.. they were out of mac andcheese...this was 3:30 in afternoon..we didn't eat right away. When we were ready to eat, opened our order and there was achicken breast and a wing. Called and then took order back..went inside...the cashier looked at receipt then at theclock...???and had attitude as it was my fault order was incorrect.
