No customer service skills at all. They're always out of things. People at the window act like they have an attitude because I'm... spending my money. At least smile when you take my money. Everyone working at this restaurant I am convinced triez to work slower then next. Could someone please explain how a chicken... sandwich and French fries takes 45 min everytime? It's fast food! The staff were the best really friendly and helpful. We don't have many popeyes restaurants in the UK and none near me. So they... recommend items for us too. Great choice will try to go again during my trip highly recommend. Read more
Arrived and was told they hadn't opened yet. Staff very nonchalant. Didn't offer to take order, no offer of complimentary... drink. Don't have strawberry cheesecake advertised. Excuse is manager was late. Second experience with poor service. Lastoccasion, waited 35 minutes to get to the window and be told they had no bread. . They could have walked to the store andback. I was absolutely floored at the superb customer service I received! The food was fresh and even tho I accidentally drove off... without my beverage when I came back for it I had no problem. The cashier was top notch (wish I knew her name) but I was thereat 11:16 a.m. today, 9/8. She really needs to be acknowledged for her upbeat personality. This is the first time I've visited aPopeye's and felt like a valued customer. Thank you Popeye's in East Cleveland for setting the bar high and letting customersknow that good customer service can exist at Popeye's. Please don't change. Read more
After 15 minutes of waiting I was already to invested to leave. So thinking the wait wouldn't be much longer I stayed and... photographically documented every time we moved up. I watched the manager have a conversation with friends after they walked tothe drive through window and asked if Moe was working. Well I knew the answer to that was not Moe or anybody else was actuallyworking, but he definitely came out to talk for a few minutes. Sad to say it took an hour and 11 minutes to get our food and theorder was still missing items we ordered and paid for. No way will I ever go to this establishment again. Read more
Ate there for lunch today, credit card machine was down, and they were short staffed. Even with that the 2 employees there... delivered a decently fast experience and all the food was hot and the chicken was crispy and moist. Everyone wants to complainthese days because something isn't perfect but these 2 ladies deserve some recognition for staying positive and being helpfuleven when the situations they are dealing with aren't optimal.
