Not really open till 4! Drove 20min out of my way, got there at 3.45 and the door was locked even though the open sign was still... lit up. It would have only taken 5min to pick up what I needed, and I would have still been out by 4! If they want to leave at 4thats fine, then they should just say they close at 3:30.
