Aa far as fast food the food was good. Service there is room for improvement. When we pulled up we were greeted by a young lady... outside sitting down smoking a cigarette. Well she didn't greet us but that was what we saw upon arrival. Then while looking atthe menu board I was given an eye opener of another young lady's belly sticking out of her shirt on all sides. Waiting forsomeone to take our order for a couple minutes we see why we were waiting. Cigarette lady was the order taker. Waited 20 minutes to get my order taken while I was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered 3 meals and did not receive my... fry's with any of them, and they gave us all of the incorrect drinks. The "meal" was packaged horribly so all of the chickenfell out and they gave us an excessive amount of sauces, which shouldn't be a bad thing, but they gave them to us by hand anddid not bag them, even though there were over 25 containers of Buffalo. We went at 930 on a Saturday night and no line. It took 10 minutes for someone to get on the speaker to take our order. They... were nice but we asked for a plain burger and one with no pickles. They didn't get that right. The food was only warm. The signsays under new management. Read more
I'm sorry for the service, I ordered online and picked it up, they told me that everything was in the bag, I checked and the... large potatoes were missing, I'm going again, what's the matter, I don't speak English, I show him the bag and a photo of what'smissing, which I don't they had boxes they gave it to me in a hotdog package inside it had some dad and three meat balls and Itold him, the extremely ignorant staff mockingly gave me another hotdog box I tell them that the large fries are missing ahorrible ignorant attitude. In short, I show you the photos, the fattest food could not have the large potatoes until half, theydid not even throw napkins, the cold food could not even chew the potatoes. the fried ones that are sweet with sugar were worse,they were reheated and full of oil, total disappointment, bad cervix and food. Food quality terrible. The lettuce tomato onion pickle mayo ketchup looked like it was blended in a food processor before it was... put on the burger. The triple baconzilla was a double and was a mess. Only half full fry cup. Definitely not worth $17 Read more
My visit yesterday what's disgusting and irritating after waiting in the long drive through line I ordered my food happily then... when I look inside my bag to enjoy my food to my surprise I was so so disappointed the hamburger was so thin you can readthrough it the bacon was burnt but I must say the lettuce was crispy and the tomato it's just right sauce okay it was not worthmy money nor my time I used to love Rally's burgers but today they are think of a pass to me I would never Venture there againOzetta Harris! This is ?THE? worst Rally?s in the city on Cleveland! They are out of things when you order and DO NOT TELL YOU?so when you get... to your destination and look at your food, you have to go back.
