I have NEVER dealt with such a rude employee like I did today at this Rally?s: she was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards... my grandmother and I. My grandmother picked me up from the Windermere after a long day of work and decided to stop at Rally?ssince we haven?t had it in so long (there aren?t any on our side of town. Whoever was working the drive thru at 4:45pm today10/25/22 (she was light skin) really was the nastiest and rudest person I?ve ever met in my life. She rolled her eyes andslammed the window in my face when I addressed the mistake on my order. She never acknowledged nor responded to any of myrequests, so when I went to repeat myself she would cut me off and rudely yell ?I HEARD YOU!!? and proceed to slam the dooragain. She stared at me with the meanest, evilest eyes. It?s really unbelievable that this place would hire someone asunprofessional and rude as her. She needs to reconsider her career path because the next person may not be as patient as wewere! Read more

I come here at least once a week if not twice and usually have no complaints. Fries are great at this location. Today was... different. I don't know who was at the kiosk, but she was exceptionally rude and made up company policies just to do less work."Only one order per vehicle" is not acceptable and I believe not the policy of the company When I asked why she refused toanswer and gor belligerent. When I asked on who's authority, she said herself and ignored me. I was getting lunch fordifferent coworkers and needed 2 separate orders. Had it been 5, I'd have understood. Ended up just driving away. Won't becoming back. Went to another Rallies 5 min away and was treated 10 times better. Read more

I likely will not ever return. The customer service was terrible. They were out of the pop I wanted and all of the other drinks... that I ordered all had the same issue: No syrup, but color! The food didn't taste great either. I literally tossed it. Read more

You have to walk up to drive thru to get service since they keep walk ups outside in cold and rain. Question. How many employees... does it take to fill 1 order. Answer.4. 1 to make and 3 tp wait. Picture proves it. In defense to Rallys, i will admit they are1 of the few establishments they serve pedestrian's. Read more
