My food was my fresh. I ordered through the drive-thru and it was pretty easy. I noticed it was different with it being a... recording for the person that takes the order. It was different. But there is no issues ran into when ordering my food. Whengoing to the window, person who collected our money and gives our food was very polite. I would definitely be coming back hereanother time. The service was good, considering they were super busy & it was very late (or early, depending on how you look at it, 3am). The... lady was very nice & had great customer service. However, the food was overpriced, but to be fair, lots of things are right now.But, it also wasn't very good. I mean, I'll probably return, but not at 3 to almost 4am. Read more

You don't order with a person, it's a pre recording that was strange.. they missed 2 of the 3 special requests I made. No ice in... the pop (was corrected when I told her) and missed the no pickles request. Great service tho Read more

I asked if I could please have no salt on my fries and could you please make sure they're hot they give them to me so salty I... couldn't eat them then they were cold I wouldn't need them then the hamburger I ordered was cold I ended up not eating the friesthrough the hamburger out the only thing was decent was my pop but it was too expensive I don't mind paying money for good foodbut I would never go back to Rally's on Clark Avenue and very rude employees they look nasty like they just climbed out of bed Ilove Rally's food that that pretty much turned me against it... Okay I know is fast food but them burgers are amazing for those days you need a late snack. I've been asking my burgers without... buns and they have been super nice to add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. And dessert wow can't miss out on them theyhave so much variety to choose from. This place is a joke. 1 lady working. Says need a min only person here. Comes outside for 5 mins and sits in some dudes car... making a drug deal... Last time I come here. Just amazing people. Read more
