I use to play chess here on Sundays and it's my favorite Starbucks! The staff is friendly and helpful and nice people come... through there all the time. It also has a nice Collegiate atmosphere! Cleanliness is concerning but otherwise - everyone is so friendly, accommodating, and LOVE the selection! Novelty brands and new... affiliated brands - as in selection of non-Starbucks snacks & foods are awesome! Read more
This used to be a great Starbucks but now it sucks. They refuse to let regular folks use the bathroom. All the other Starbucks... like regular Folk use the bathrooms why is this one so special. Open the bathrooms and I will not leave my coffee cup and bag onyour table! Read more
I work at UH so I order from this location often. The store is extremely clean everytime I go in. The baristas are all so kind... and upbeat. My drink is always made the exact way I request it! I love this store - it's the best one in Cleveland in my opinion!!! ? Read more
I was in on a very busy Saturday morning (11/30). The person at the register was excellent. I felt as if I was the only person... there and was well taken care of. The line was long but she made if feel like no big deal. The staff was focused and workinghard to fill the long list of orders. They were amazing. Read more

I can't help but feel that this locations latest redesign is unwelcoming and a mess when it comes to customer flow. Starbucks... apparently doesn't want that hang out in coffee shop feel anymore. They seem to prefer a crowd the front atmosphere whilepressing your backside into the personal space of people sitting at tables. Putting the pick up table front and center certainlyforces a crowd up front. Poor redesign. Read more
