This is the worst Starbucks I?ve been to (I mean it?s Starbucks, so ?). It takes FOREVER to get your coffee even though there... are never less than 5 people behind the counter. Most are nice, but once I had to wait 45 min for the worst coffee ever madewhich I threw out AT the shop. This Starbucks is one of the most busiest I?ve been to. They handle all of the hospital, patients, families and employees. If it... ever takes a while to get your coffee, that?s why. I am so grateful for the evening/nightshift crew. They are always pleasantand helpful. They work non-stop. Scott has been one of the employees that has lifted my spirits when I needed it.
