went into the shop while the worker was smoking a cigarette outside . Honestly that doesn?t bother me but when she went inside... she did not wash her hands and then she put on gloves and started prepping our food . With the gloves she grabs the chickenstrips I wanted and then grab the cheese and whatever else. Normally in other subways they have little trays for the chickenstrips and they just place the chicken into the sandwich with only touching the mini trays . She puts the sandwiches in the ovenand started touching surface areas and moving the trash with the same gloves she use that touched the meat and sandwich. I?mthinking she is going to change the gloves once the sandwich is done toasting but she doesn?t she grabs the sandwich with thesame gloves and starts grabbing the condiments with the same gloves and then rang us up in the register . A new customer walksin and she takes care of them with the same gloves !!! My daughter has me take her to subway for her lunch at least 3 times a week. Mind you we have 3 locations within a mile of our... location we can go to. We have been to all three. This location however has me wore out. The manager is very impatient withselect guest. That attitude trickles down to her employees. This has turned us off from coming to this location from now on. I ordered a contactless delivery, just to be safe . I waited in my car after letting them know I was there. No one came out... after letting them know I had arrived. After about 5 minutes of hoping they would notice I had to went inside to grab it myself. no big deal. But the food was cold and barely any sauce on the sandwichs like I ordered and was just all around unsatisfied. But I love your food so I hope things get better... Read more

Absolutely the worst experience at a Subway that I've ever had. One of the employees was cussing and yelling expeditives about a... recent customer experience that was completely unprofessional while I have my child in the store. She then proceeded to serveher sister soup ahead of any of the other customers. Never coming back to the Subway. Read more
