I haven't been here in a while, but i can see the problem with the old lady is still the same. She was always mean and curt.
The old lady was extremely rude. She already had a problem with the previous customer. I told her I was going to get a Philly... cheesesteak and before I knew it she already had the toppings on it and wrapped it in a bag giving it to me. She didn?t ask mewhat I wanted on it, any extra toppings the way I would like it made, and sauces of my choice, nothing. And then she yelled atme about me questioning the way she made the sandwich. I didn?t come to Subway to eat the sandwich the way you want it, I cameto make it the way I want it. And I do not appreciate being yelled at . Absolutely unacceptable. This location doesn?t take coupons or promotions at all! There?s an older foreign lady that doesn?t speak good English that... works here and has a horrible attitude. I?ve gone one 2 different occasions and both times her attitude was nasty. Ordered aheadof time, only to get to the restaurant and have to wait for her to start making my order. Won?t be returning. This location was very clean and staff had good attitude. Fresh food. All toppings stocked fully. Very tasty! There was a very... rude customer behind us that treated the sandwich artist like dirt. She kept her cool and did her job. I was impressed by this.I am the one that ended up saying to him how rude he was being!
