Well went to this subway got 2 BMT 3 macadamia nut cookies. One worker made my sandwich and one worker made boyfriend's... sandwich. The one making my sandwich was scared to put the toppings requested, I had to keep asking for more. Got home and mycookies were chocolate chips not macadamia. Called store to complain. Now I got to waste gas to go back for 3 cookies. Buthere are pictures of both sandwiches I just didnt want to argue with him. Mines is the one that look like just meat. Your staff needs to be trained on what is legal and what is illegal. It IS ILLEGAL to refuse a disabled person with a LICENSED... GUIDE DOG AND PAPERS that. Asking her friend to order for her and for her to go outside??? SERIOUSLY. Be very very thankful thatthe individual is not interested in money but rather education. You would be facing a HEFTY lawsuit and YOU WOULD HAVE LOST. Allyou offered was a free sandwich? That is low and shows your business ethics. Read more

Im here right now and just witnessed An employee by the name of Mitch came and snatched a cup out of a homeless guys hands and... poured his drink out because the guy came in to look at the menu to see if he had enough money to buy a drink. He saw that hedidn't and turned around to leave but an employee gave him a complimentary cup. He didn't know that he could only get water. Itwasn't made clear to him. That was VERY RUDE and inhumane for Mitch to snatch that cup out of his hand like that. He could havesimply told him that next time to only use those cups for water. I had a complicated order. The counter guy was wonderful. Very patient, very precise in making sure he was getting it right, and... quite personable. The store was spotlessly clean. Busy, but not overly so. No one had to wait long. Definitely recommend! Read more
I?m a CSU student and I come here at least once or twice a week. I?m always greeted by a nice older gentleman who is... exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I always experience fast and hospitable service and a good sandwich. I have yet to have abad experience. Read more
I like Subway?s menu however, evening rush hour is not a good time for parking around CSU. Traffic flow and Campus police do not... allow for parking curbside and running inside from 4-7pm. Read more
