Extremely disgustingly rude, cursing and inappropriate comments made the whole time waiting. Claimed they didn?t get my... DoorDash pickup order after making me wait 20 mins, then wouldn?t make it after showing them the order and wouldn?t answerDoorDash calls. The cashiers were really nice and they are out of fries. And also they don?t make Baja sauce no more. The parking lot has a lot... of automotive fluid spilled in. Prob anti freeze and engine coolant but could have some gas too I suppose. Read more
Horrible wait times, 20 mins at the drive thru. Left the line and went in only to wait another 15 mins and gave up. no one came... to the counter to take my order. I was third in line. The customers at the counter complained about the wait as well. Wasteof time Read more
This location is constantly doing "mobile orders only" like 5 outta 7 times I've been there it's been the same.. just moved to... this area... not gonna waste time or money here anymore. Kinda sad they don't wanna make money I guess... not only that but I'mwatching the employees go out and sit in their cars or just sitting in the dining room while I'm waiting 30 minutes for mymobile order... with no line in the drive thru... doesn't add up... Refused to take my order through the drive thru, that they only were taking orders through the app, then yelled at me to move... out of the drive thru when I was trying to install the app so I could order. Then they told me I was being "petty". Gave up onthe app, as the odds of me getting food without spit in it seemed astronomically low at that point. Will never return. Read more
I told them at the intercom that they always give me mild when I ask for hot. I said please give me hot sauce. They gave me NO... SAUCE & it?s right there on the receipt. No matter what they?re gonna mess your order up. You can?t stop them ahead of time. Bythe time I got through the line again to get sauce my tacos were so soggy I just got a refund. Waiting in this line is just awaste of gas every time. I?m so sick of this place. It needs to close. They can?t get anything right & it?s clear that theydon?t care. Read more
Everytime i go here their icee machine is ALWAYS down. Today my order was missing multiple items. Every last one of my FIVE... deluxe boxes looked like this. And when I asked for my money back I was told NO. The manager was rude and unprofessional. Read more
This place doesn't close until 4am. However, at about 12am the staff shuts off the drive thru order screen and pretends they are... close. Once I pull up to the window I see multiple employees just standing around not doing anything at all. This needs to beinvestigated, and terminate the staff doing this. Read more
