I'm not sure what happened to the "fast" food concept with all QSRs, but Taco Bell sure has lost their speed! It is not uncommon... to have to wait 45 minutes or more here. Their wait time is only ever surpassed by the other locations on Lee Rd andWarrensville Center Rd. The worst part about it is when you arrive at the speaker to place your order (where you still have towait another 5-10 minutes usually before they're ready) and then find out they're out of several items or some equipment isn'tworking....BUT you can't simply say that's alright and then drive off to go somewhere else to eat. Instead, you're forced tocontinue sitting and waiting in the drive thru line that's moving at the speed of molasses because they decided it's a wise ideato build steep curbs on both sides of the lane preventing you from exiting until everyone in front of you has been served theirorders. I went to pick up a mobile order of the Mexican pizza. So glad it's back! It's so delicious! However, I had to wait in the drive... thru for 30 minutes to get it. They do not have the lobby open, even for pick up only. So there is little advantage to orderingahead. Read more
No customer focus here. I ask for 3 Tacos Supreme. When I wanted Mild Sauce they said they don't have any. I wanted my money... back. The heavy lady stuffed 3 Tacos in the bag. I asked if there was Mild Sauce in the bag. She said yes. There were only 2packets, so I asked for more. Everyone ignored me. The tacos had no sour cream. No one cared. I've been here a total of 3 times since I moved to this area and it's the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. First time I... decided to stop and grab breakfast. Even though they were supposed to be open, they were closed -- no sign explaining why,nothing. Second time, I tried again for breakfast. Pulled up to the intercom and was told they had no breakfast ingredients butI could order lunch. At 10 am? No thank you. Third time, I wanted to order the crispy cantina chicken taco but was told theirfryer was down and they couldn't serve any fries food. A sign on the intercom would have been helpful, but whatever. I ordered acouple of different items, including a chili cheese burrito. Got home, went to eat my burrito, and found it had beans in it. Achili cheese burrito doesn't have beans so they made me the wrong burrito. I literally live around the corner from thislocation but I will happily drive farther down the road to the other Taco Bell location just to get decent food and my orderright. They had a horrible employee working the drive thru just after noon today, 7/4/22. I pulled up knowing exactly what I wanted... since I've always been a big Taco Bell fan even though all the locations in this area are horrible. I asked for the deluxe boxand the rude employee said " It says right on the paper over the speaker we don't have that.' I'm sorry for knowing what Iwanted, sorry for being prepared. Extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. She needs to learn some manners. Read more
Recently ordered from here and it took forever! Granted I did order through doordash but the food and drink quality was just... below par. Our food was cold and our drinks weren?t even filled all the way and were incorrect. Just keep in mind with thislocation you really get what you pay for?low quality food and customer service. They're back, back! ???????? To be fair I haven't been to this establishment in months, maybe a year or so, give or take. This... store just became too inconsistent with hours. They NEVER used to be open even when they were supposed to be! I'd order in theapp and arrive to find them closed (very early in the day). Fast forward to TODAY. Food was HOT ????. Even the cheesy fiestapotatoes I ordered. Portions were not skimpy as some other locations I've frequented. I ordered on the app and had no issues atall. Food was accurate and fresh. Did NOT wait long and there were cars in front of me in line. A few minor things to note, theyhave a new digital menu and they updated the building colors as well. Hope they keep it up and maintain consistent hours. Iwill most certainly return for #fourthmeal here. UPDATE: 4/19/22 - The lobby is open for mobile orders, orders from the app,door dash, uber eats and grub hub. If you walk in you WILL HAVE to order via kiosk. There is no person to take your order. I didn't receive multiple items and items were made wrong in my order. Complete waste of money!!!! I can't even call to remedy... the situation because they put the phone off the hook and it's a straight busy signal! I deserve a refund since I didn't receivemy items!
