Ummm i guess it's was okay. I don't normally chose TB as a place to eat often, but since it was a Catina I wanted to check it... out it, wasn't too different from a regular one though. They offer wine, beer, tequila, vodka and run. I was gonna wine freezebut their machine was "broken". ????or so the lil girl said "idk if that was 100% true, she had a attitude. Inside therestaurant were 5 homeless people, asking everyone for money for food and arguing with eachother. We couldn't get outta thereFAST ENOUGH. Our ???? and ???? were cold af and tasted stale. I've been here twice, both times were simply incredible. Two! (2) Fist fights broke out the last time I was there. One lady was... upset about her order, caused an unnecessary ruckus and threatened to call the police over it. This queen/protector/soldiercame from behind the counter and said, "call 1-800-tacos b**** and file a complaint I don't care get out of myrestaurant". Foods fantastic for a taco bell. Atmosphere is what you come here for. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Read more
The information says that this Taco Bell stays open until 1 am. That is not correct. I walked into this restaurant at 11:30 and... tried to order on the kiosk. There was approximately 15 people inside. Order would not go through. Tried to order on mobile app.Order would not go through. If you say that you are open until 1 then stay open and take orders up to 1. If you want to stoporders earlier, then lock your doors and don't let people in. Read more
There were more than three people behind the counter, and at least five people working. Yet when my friend placed an order, they... were all talking. Then they asked, "Oh did you order something?", and finally started making it after 20 minutes. She alsoordered vegetarian food, because they have a menu where it's strictly vegetarian. And it wound up having chicken in it. Iunderstand that people don't care in fast food jobs right now, and I can't blame them. But these enployees are getting paid tostand around high and talk all day. Read more
Avoid this location at all costs. I placed an order there at 12:30 and they close at 1 am. I went to pick it up and arrived... before they where closed. The doors were locked already so I called them and then went up to the doors. The girl who came to thedoor told me they were closed and I told her I had an order that I already placed and paid for and she rolled her eyes at me andsighed, even though I was being so nice to her about it. They claimed they never got my order even though I got an email sayingit was confirmed and even ready to pick up. This is not the first time. I left without my food I paid for. Read more
The worst taco bell I?ve ever been to. Ordered on the App, walked into the store and stood over by the pick up counter. My app... said it was ready but no one was calling my name. I went up to ask for my order and the person behind the counter turned aroundand picked up a bag from behind them acting like I was inconveniencing them. I asked for my drink and they pointed to the drinkmachine. Seeing there were no cups I had to go up to the counter again to get a cup. When I got back to the hotel I was stayingat I noticed the order was completely wrong. Stay away from this Taco Bell and explore the many other options in DowntownCleveland. Read more
Different type of Taco Bell, but is awesome. You can add liquor to any kind of drink/freeze. They also have a open kitchen,... which is different then any other Taco Bell I?ve been to. Read more
