The sauce lost the sauce. It don?t taste like it use to be when they first came out . And u have to peel your shrimp that?s... weird. The bag is smaller. And the shrimp is tough. Read more

I picked up a Doordarsh order today (September 12) around 1 p.m and the service was horrible. They didn't start the order and... once I arrived she told me it will take 5 minutes. I gave them 10 before asking about the order. The cashier was very rude andlack customer service skills. I will not pick up orders from this location again. Read more

There was absolutely nothing to drink. Not even water. Zero utensils aside from a plastic fork. The food was very good but no... drinks. At all?! Not even water? Finally I begged the server for even sink water and I got the smallest plastic cup of water. Read more

This was my first visit to Ohio. I've read bad reviews for The Sauce and to me, I don't see a problem. I've never had a broil... bag..and it was DELICIOUS!! Customer service to me was friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was clean. I was very happywith my experience. And let me reiterate...the food was DELICIOUS!!! Read more

I don't care what anyone says this place is ?IMMACULATE? The seating is a little bare but the food is so good. The seafood runs... pretty cheap if you get a bowl and the spices are such a good pairing in contrast. One of my favorite new spots. If you're aseafood lover, please find yourself here, especially if you're on a budget or love spicy food. ???????? Read more

I was in Cleveland, Ohio on a business trip and was craving seafood. Found this spot nearby and ordered delivery via... UberEats. I ordered the shrimp boil with the sweet cajun sauce. The bag comes with shrimp, corn, potato, and sausage. Deliverywas seamless and I was pleased. From the first bite, I was HOOKED. The sauce was so delicious and just the right amount of sweetand spice. I was so hungry after a long day that I devoured everything and wished I had ordered more sides. The only complaintwas the corn and shrimp which although tasty, was quite soggy. The corn in particular had no crunch to it as it was either notfresh, or it was sitting in the sauce all day. I decided to give it a shot again the next day and added some rice and egg to myorder. The delivery process was a disaster this time around via UberEats as my first ordered apparently never went throughaccording to the restaurant. I placed my order again and called the restaurant to make sure it went through successfully and thephone rang indefinitely. I called 5-6x thereafter and no one picked up which was a major annoyance. After a while longer, I wasable to track my food via the app so I was hopeful I would finally get my food this time. An hour later and my order was almostcancelled! I called the driver multiple times and call didn?t even go through! Luckily, he was able to deliver my food, and onceI finally got to eat, it was the same experience (shrimp/corn was extremely over cooked/tough). If the restaurant sold thesauce alone, I would be a lifetime customer. However, given the probability that it won?t happen and I likely won?t be travelingto Cleveland again, I won?t be back anytime soon. Perhaps the experience is a different one for dine-in customers, not sure. Ijust hope they can make improvements and actually pick-up the phone, otherwise you end up losing business in the long-run.
