This was a great historic hotel- we had a nice queen suite overlooking the skyline. The staff was friendly and helpful... throughout our stay and had plenty of warm cookies. The shuttle driver was also very helpful and kind, although we didn?t needto use it. It runs 2 mile radius from 7a-11p on demand. Parking is expensive ($20) and there is street parking on the streetnext to hotel, but overall it was a good stay for an area that doesn?t have much to do in a quick walking proximity. Read more

I stayed at Tudor Double Tree for 3 days and found the customer service to be great. Mr. John who drives the shuttle is amazing... and courteous and will take you safely to any of your destinations!!! He is remarkable with helping all the hotel guests insideas well. I hope he sees this. Tudor also boasts a charming, historic building. Right when you walk inside, it has a stonewalkway and steps up to its dark wood paneled hotel lobby. The elevator has a vintage bell sound that rings at every one of the11 floors. Rooms start at the 5th floor. The rooms have wood floors and large almost ceiling to floor windows that look out ontothe Cleveland skyline. There are a few hints that this is an older building, with a few stuck doors and latch bolts, but allother fixtures are modern. Unfortunately, there is no fridge or microwave which was a hassle. However, the free shuttle servicewithin 2 miles of the hotel, and the luggage room for those with a flight time after checkout, is a life saver for tourists! Read more

I highly recommend anyone visiting Cleveland to stay here! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and taken care... of. These people understand Customer Service. In a world that has forgotten what that is, Tudor Arms Hotel is a wonderfulreminder on how it can be done right! From the front desk to the shuttle driver, restaurant workers, cleaning service - all werevery kind and went out of their way to be of service to us. I was there with my daughter who was having surgery at the ClevelandClinic. This place was so accommodating, kind and helpful to us. Their rooms were clean, big and very comfortable. Theirrestaurant was good in both food and service. I want to give a huge shout out to Alyssa from the front desk who was so helpfuland very intuitive in all that she does. Every hotel should have an Alyssa!! We have follow-up appointments at the clinic andthere is no doubt in our mind where we will be staying. Read more

Really nice hotel in an interesting building. Our daughter thought it was a castle. The staff were friendly and welcoming.... Conveniently located parking right on site (for a fee). Our room was spacious and comfortable, although it could've beencleaner- nothing egregious, but there was something sticky on the fridge shelf, and hairs on the floor. The restaurant onsitewas convenient, but nothing special. They did have a bar. Read more

Me and my better half went here for a wedding, the halls are absolutely beautiful. Very nice place to have a wedding if your in... the Market. The rooms are really clean but poor layout, the door for the bathroom hits the toilet and you had to squeeze inthere. Wanted to extend my check out time by one hour the day after the wedding and the lady I called at the front desk wassuper rude and and denied my request. I never was not able to extend check out time by a hour at any hotel but this one. For themoney we spent and the big party there was for the wedding I feel like it was the least they could've done. Very disappointing, wouldn't stay there again unless I was there for another wedding and even then I'd consider another Hotel close by. Read more

Lovely, interesting, and beautiful! I am truly enjoying Hilton?s Tapestry collection and this one did not disappoint! Staff was... amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well put together. My only complaint, which is minimal is that we hada corner room and one of our windows did not have a heave drape so in the morning sunlight was hitting us directly in the face.Room 1004 Read more

I love staying in historic hotels - meaning buildings with a history. They have an ambiance that newly built hotels do not... have. Tudor Arms was no disappointment! Restoration to the building was done keeping a lot of the old ambiance alive. Thestaff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean and the price was reasonable for the amenities provided. Staff was great, but the accommodations are dirty. I cannot believe they are considered handicapped accessible. The roll in... shower floor had no treads, it was extremely slippery. I came close to falling twice. The toilet was not raised, and the toiletseat was crooked. Trying to get in and out of the room was extremely difficult. Meeting up with another couple in the elevatorcommented on the difficulty of the access of the handicap room they had dealt with the prior month. It wasn?t just us. Differentlevels of flooring in different areas can be difficult to maneuver. Trying to get parking and get to the check-in desk areextremely difficult. They should not be listed as a truly handicap accessible hotel. And besides that once again the facilityis dirty. The only bright spot was truly the terrific staff that is currently working. Read more
