I hate to give a lower rating because the lady at the drive-thru window was just so nice, but they completely messed up my mom's... order after she asked me twice. Went to Wendy?s on Northfield the other day and got RAW chicken on two salads. Never in my lifetime has that ever happened. When... I reported it, the manager didn?t even do anything to sanitize the station. So dangerous!
