After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they tell me they don?t accept cash. Very rude, inconsiderate and poor leadership. No... Wendy?s in Cleveland has Apple Pay. They aren?t trying to accommodate their customers but trying to be cheap. They have a signin the window that says? dining room open,? but the doors are locked every time I come to this location. Only drive-through.It?s 4:30 pm, and they won?t let me in. They also put crates in the driveway to keep people from coming. Read more

Ordered delivery and the entire order is wrong. Got a salad we did not order. Missing fries, missing both orders of nuggets.... Missing chili. Burger is incorrect. I called the store and the female manager on duty was extremely rude and completelyunhelpful. She would not listen to me at all, kept talking over me and telling me I have to speak with doordash. She told me shepersonally packed the bag and that the order was correct, it was completely wrong. She was unbelieveable will never come hereagain. Wendys needs to hire some better management, extremely unprofessional. They also purposely ignore the Doordash supportphone line. And she also ignored doordash call to the main store line. Last time I went, a few weeks ago, they gave me an entirely different chicken sandwich, probably someone else's order. Then I... went today and the inside is closed and they're only doing one of the two drive-thru lanes. You'd think it'd move fast then,right? Nope. Not sure if they're really incompetent or just significantly understaffed. Regardless, it's hard to fathom howthey could be so slow. And this was in the middle of the afternoon! Not even like lunch or dinner time. In my time in line, Isaw three or maybe even four cars pull out of the line and leave. Oh and my fries were definitely not fresh. Ate about half ofthem and then just threw it out. And they didn't give me a receipt, so I can't do Wendy's online survey because I don't knowthe store number at the top of the receipt. Read more

Tge website says tgey are open for dine in but when I went there the doors were closed while there were 4 kids playing inside!... I had to order from the drive thru and I asked them to add onion, pickle, tomato on the original sandwich and they gave me the 3sandwiches with only the things I asked to add ???? the good thing Theresa's chicken in them ???? This is my Wendy's from now on as long as they continue to have the kind of customer service I had tonight. Let's be honest,... Wendy's is Wendy's. It tastes the same no matter where you go. What makes the difference, especially in fast food, are thepeople. The young man that took my money was absolutely delightful. He even put up with my weird sense of humor when I told himthat he's a doppelganger for my nephew in Illinois. Which is true. But the star of the show tonight was Angelique. She took myorder and just her presentation by voice and interaction with me her customer service was was stellar. Then when I got to thewindow to pick my order up after paying for it, I got to meet Angelique. She made my night. I have been in customer service for30 plus years and if we had more Angelique's our experiences and fast food especially would be so much more enjoyable. Doesn'tmatter what job you have attitude is everything! It's clear Angelique loves her job and that's what made this Wendy's shine forme tonight. Read more

The customer service is horrible. The underaged manager with his pompous attitude who told 3 different customers with complaints... that he can't help them. This location should just close down. I'm so happy Wendy's is going out of business. Read more

WORST FAST FOOD OUT THERE. Usually my experience here is great but recently there has been something off about the vibe here.... The workers seem agitated and messed up SOOOOO badly. I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and both were COMPLETELY uncooked and amatter of fact were actually still semi-frozen. I will not be returning here as the General Manager and District Manager arejust so bad at making sure that the workers they hire aren't mentally unstable!!!! Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a bourbon bacon burger, which didn?t come with pickles, onions, the right kind of... cheese, or the bourbon sauce. We also ordered cheese fries and baconator fries, both of which came with almost zero fries, andno shredded cheese. We ordered buttermilk ranch with the baconator fries, which we also didn?t receive. We ordered 2 pineapplemango lemonades, both of which were 90% ice, and extremely diluted with literally no flavor. I also tried calling the storeafter placing the order to ask for no ice in our drinks, and they picked up, and I didn?t speak to anyone as the set the phoneon the counter and hung up after about 10 seconds. I would be upset if I got this quality of food for free, needless to say I?mvery disappointed that we paid almost $40 to be extremely dissatisfied. Read more
