If I could give less that 1 star I would. I ordered my food for pickup because I was on my lunch. I get there and the doors were... locked, the car line was long and no one was answering the phone. I had to get back to work and left. I was charged for food Inever got and now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. I will definitely not be back to this location. Read more
What made it a Awesome was the manager I came in the drive thru line before breakfast was over cashier check my breakfast order... someone came out and changed the sign from breakfast to lunch and I was told I would not complete my order because it wasbreakfast was over so I ordered something else for lunch which I didn't want but I was hungry but time I got to the window theyoung lady was there who took my order and the manager he looked at me and say are you okay I said no I wanted what I wanted Icame a long way to get it and he says don't worry I'll have it for you and I wish I could remember his name because he made myday Read more

I stopped at this place at a Friday night via drive thru at approximately 9:50p. I tried ordering a baked potato was told they... didn?t have any. Couldn?t see the order board whomever I speaking was asking what I wanted but couldn?t see the board so I ordera chicken nugget meal. Get to the window a female with dreads and contact lens tells me to pull my car up and I didn?t like hertone so I pulled my car up few more feet. So I ask for my card back she said when I run your card I said I don?t want anythingshe gave me my card and I ask for the manager another employee came to the window I said you are not the manager. Both employeeswere rude and yelling cursing words. Finally the real manager came to the window she was pleasant but she can?t control herstaff. Awful ???? We waited at the receiving window to get our food for almost 15 minutes and it was still cold. The nuggets seemed... refried and the chicken sandwich was cold and dry. The hottest thing in the bag was the fries that were inedible due to theexcessive salt content. This place is awful and I should have known better just based on its location. Fast food restaurants inurban communities are more often than not the worst and we're expected to be ok with that and chalk the experience up to beingin the hood. We need to do better and demand better for ourselves, even if it is fast food. It can at least be quality! Read more
Was down the street volunteering, walked down for something to eat. Doors locked! No sign or reason for them to be locked. Signs... still say dining hours start at 9. It was about to be 12pm. I call and they say the dining area isn't open yet. Read more

We sat at the drive thru about a good 25-30 mins after the lady took our order at the speaker even repeating ourselves 3x and... she still got it wrong. Then she finally came to the speaker and said our system is down. We just wanted lunch to take to workthat's all. Smh! Read more
