I went to this Wendy's, but unfortunately wasn't able to buy any food. The cashier stated she didn't have change so my order was... canceled. Had me and my finance waiting in the drive through line for over 30 minutes for food that wasn?t even fresh. Customer service... was poor, drive thru time is poor, and food isn?t really the best. It?s a thumbs down for me. Read more

Ok..the idea of a double is what??.. Anybody..!?? anybody?. 2 patties.. thts correct ????????...not 1???????? I went through the... drive thru last week and aside from giving my spicy nuggets that I didn't order(I ordered the regular one) I ordered 2 doublesand well..let's just say that one burger was a little lonely with only one patty???????? now please I know times are tough rnbut I would appreciate getting what I ordered. They were out of meat and we waited 45mins for a poorly put together sandwich and cold fries..because we waited so long my... husband drank his whole drink and asked for a refill the girl at the window said her manager said she couldn't give refills. Weasked "even after waiting 45mins" she closed the window and a another girl came with an attitude so we just pulled off. Read more
Just horrible customer service. Lazy workers ? no one in line and it took them 6 mins to come take my order.
