Polite staff today for a change, I feel this location needs to weed out the bad employees and hire people who at the very least,... have the ability to leave their bad attitudes and appalling manners at home! Unfortunately, I've experienced such behavior fromMANAGEMENT as well.... truly mind boggling!!! I have never been able to give Wendy's even 1 star until today! Food was HOT and FRESH. The man who took my order was very... pleasant which was shocking to me because Wendy's on Brookparks employees always have an attitude. Keep up the good food andgood service. Whoever manages this store needs to know they have great employees. Read more
Today the 13 i went to the drive through and order two meals with my son and our order was perfect nothing missing well prepared... and hot our order was taken by Deontae don?t know if he is the manager but he should be. Surprisingly this is the only wendy's that still has the fastest service in Cleveland... I pass 3 wendy's on my way to this one... I come from the Eastside... my food was hot and eatable... thanks to the young lady at the drive thru window.... I ordered the biggie meal..never .. never go to the wendy's on Broadway... the manager is very rude just like his workers... Read more
Worker at drive- thru not customer friendly. Asked a question and before I could finish the female stuck here head partially... out window and said "What ". It was her tone and overall demeanor. I think Wendy's need to screen ther worker's before theyhire and hold the employee and managers accountable. Read more
I got the 4 for $4 and all the food was cold & old, was not given regular fries. They gave us the "new breakfast fries". Didn't... realize it until I was home. The strawberry frosty was not available at this location but is posted on theirmenu???????????. Will not be visiting this location again... Everytime I go there it?s an hour wait in the drive-thru and when I say everytime I mean 8 times, I?ve counted! DO NOT GO UNLESS... YOU WANT WRONG ORDER, TO WAIT 60 MINUTES, OR NEED SOME DRAMA WHEN THE LADY IN FRONT OF YOU FINALLY GETS HER FOOD ONLY TO SWINGBACK AROUND CUT YOU OFF JUMP OUT OF HER VEHICLE AND CUSS OUT THE WENDYS!
