My order was "One plain double cheeseburger. No pickles, onions, or condiments. ". What I recieved was two pieces of bun and a... slice of cheese. No meat on my cheeseBURGER. This "restaurant" is a joke. I wish incompetent managers was the biggest issue herebut it's systemically a poorly ran instance of a name brand store. Very poor cashier skills! I requested a special order and knowing she did not ring it up resulting in wasted food. She was... ranting and I asked for a manager on duty and he had them make the correct order. I always get mines plain and always suggestto indicate NO CHEESE on order. Food was good, but cashier got our order wrong and handed my husband strawberry lemonade when the whole reason we came was for... strawberry frostys... she sternly told him that he ordered lemonade (we both knew he didn't, but she didn't seem interested incorrecting it). Dining room was very dirty, 5+ unwiped tables (at 3pm) food on floor and several flies buzzing all around us.Not exactly the ideal experience. Read more

This Wendys may be the worst one in North Eastern Ohio, on the grounds that the wait time was insane, the employees didn't care... at all and there was 3 cars total in the drive thru. Don't go here. Go to the one on Lorain and W. 140th. Read more
