The quality of the food was quite good, very consistent with other wingstops. I mean, it was seriously *delish*. So so so good.... The restaurant is understaffed, I think? So that leads to longer waits. We had to wait 50 minutes for our food last night,although we ordered online prior to showing up in person. I think there was a basketball game or something going on nearby aswell, staff was excessively overwhelmed. Wings and fries were hot, juicy, tender, perfeectttt. We tried the Buffalo ranchfries?I highly recommend. Be patient, and hopefully good things will come to you. But yes, there are longer waits, the food isgood, we spent about $20 dollars per person. This place looks terrible on the outside but 1. THERE IS A DRIVE THRU 2. THE CHICKEN WAS COOKED PERFECTLY, SIDES COOKED... PERFECTLY. The service wasn't awful but it wasn't the best either ...I waited way longer than quoted .....All those thingsreally didn't even matter ...the food was so good it shocked me !!!! Ordered over $70 in food. Wife brought home the order. Upon opening the order and seeing what we had, we noticed we were missing... 10 dry rub regular style wings and we had only received 40 of the 50 ordered. Upon calling the store I spoke with Heather andshe told me that I had to bring the entire order back up and that it was company policy per they're DM and GM. Which of courseour food was already like warm and my family has already started eating. No offer to make the order right out offer a partialrefund. So I went back up to the store put my food on the counter and said here's the order. Heather went on to say sorry that'sjust company policy, which I feel is absolutely absurd. But instead of offering a replacement or to remake the entire order Iwas told they had to look at it to make sure they didn't give me the wings. Which she's preceded to open up my order withungloved hands and then I told her to give me a full refund because I don't want the food back if she was going to rifle throughit. Especially in this day and she with COVID and good knows what going around it's unsanitary. So I told Heather to refund myentire order. To treat customers as if they're lying is bad business and absolutely a poor way to do business overall.Especially when someone is spending so much money. I went here with my family and we walked in and they were redoing the floors. No sign that they were doing construction or... anything. Floor was soaking wet. We ordered and then when they started making our food they decided to start scrubbing orsanding the concrete with a floor buffer or something. No plastic blocking off the kitchen right next to all of this. Dust andparticles from concrete in the air and in the kitchen and they didn?t even care. We had to mention it for them to stop and thenwe decided we did not want our food and got a refund and left. Waste of time and so unsanitary! Read more

Terrible franchise. They need to be completely restaffed or shut down. These crooks took my money for an order and then never... gave me my food. Manager said they would process a refund and that never happened. I was told it can take 2-3 business days,that also didn't happen. Absolute crooks. I lost 50$ to this place and still am struggling to get my money back. The managementdo NOT care about the customers. Read more

Husband and I went in to try the wings and the woman right away was rude. The dining area also smelled like sewage. We had... questions and she acted like we eat there everyday and should already know. Yes I?m talking about the woman with the Monroepiercing . I see a lot of other reviews referring to this woman so why has she not been removed from a position that should befor someone who actually speaks up and is friendly? We are not picky people at all we had general questions. We were nice andjust said nvm and left. Since management sees this, do something so you don?t lose more business. Once you remove her from thefront , you can respond to my review and we will be glad to come back, but as of now, if you like rude unprofessional people ,by all means, come here! Read more

I bought the 40 piece combo with what was supposed to be 20 traditional buffalo and 20 boneless bbq. When i got to the window... after about 45 minutes waiting i was told to pull back around to the end of the line to wait on fresh fries where i waited foran additional 45 minutes before i got my food. When i got home and opened it i was immediately upset because the traditionalwings only had 12 in the box and the boneless had 8!! I tried calling the store 3 times one of which rang until it went busy andthe other 2 seemed as if the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. Read more
