For what you are paying to eat here you should go to a decent place where the food is good
I have never had such rude service at 1:30pm Monday. Maybe she was new but her saving grace was the polite man I had to drive... off on. She wouldn't honor my bogo coupon on the app and she would not alter my condiments which leads me to believe they had astash of pre-made burgers getting old that they needed to reserve. I've never had a problem with this location. I don't get over there very often but when I do, the staff is friendly, the food is... hot, and the place is always clean. On rare occasions the order has been served a little off, but usually, only in a rush timeor when training new staff. Nothing major so we don't fuss. Keep up the great work. Read more
Idk why, but this location tastes different than other locations. It doesn't taste as fresh.
Staff were very rude today, we ordered a dr.pepper and a coke no ice and received 2 cokes with ice when we told them it was... messed up they looked at each other and said that the order said 2 cokes but we Cleary didn't say that and the insisted we takeit anyways and I insisted I have no ice because that was my order and so rudly they said "alright well give me one of thosecokes back" and necause they wouldn't give my boyfriend his Dr.pepper he had to take his cokes inside and get himself some andthe woman was about to bring us our coke and just handing it to him inside and gave him a nasty look. Normally I don't haveissues with this place but these new staff are disrespectful to thier customers I honestly wish I had just gone else where atthis point. Read more
Drive thru was very slow, not busy, they didn't have any dessert. Ice cream machine down and "out of pies"( like they are making... them from scratch or something????) when we did finally get our food and requested dipping sauce for our fries they charged usfor the sauce. We had Chicken Nuggets on our order and we're given 1 cup of sauce for them. Ridiculous. Read more
Sat in line at the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes for 3 drinks. Had they simply had the vehicle in front of us with... the large order pull up, we could?ve been back on the road quickly. Instead we had to sit in line for an unacceptable amount oftime for a fountain drink. Terrible customer service. Do better?. Read more
Service at this location, in comparison to other McDonald's I've been to in the US is well above par. Every time I've been... there, the order has been correct the first time, delivered promptly, and tasted freshly cooked, rather than sitting under aheating lamp. The restrooms we're clean, the dining area was tidy, the staff were professional and courteous. I might becrazy, but I think they season their beef a little differently too. Perhaps they are less stingy with it. I have no idea, but itis definitely unlike any McDonald's I've been to in the US. It must be extremely well managed, as I believe this location is afranchise and not corporately owned. I haven't had as much luck with franchise locations, sadly, but this is a pleasantsurprise!
