Store was clean. Staff not as clean looking. They were in between trucks so they were out of a ton of stuff. But that was not... the staffs fault. The sandwich I did get was good. I will just start going in closer to Tuesdays so I can get what I actuallywant instead of 2nd or 3rd choice options. Staff was friendly. Read more

The service is slow. The digital ordering screen for the drive thru is not fully visible and you can't select items. I pulled... around to place my order the old way at the window (my toddler was asleep in the car and I didn't want to wake her up gettingher out) and the lady wouldn't take my order at the window... She said I had to come in (there were no other cars in parking lotand I didn't see a customer in store) I left and got food from somewhere else that had not lost the value of customer service. Cleanliness: Tables/floor clean around 50% of the time I'm there. I usually go there around 1:30 pm on a Sunday. Probably just... haven't recovered from the weekend lunch crowd. Ordering: I've completed orders on their automated drive through ordering screen30% of the time. The rest of the time, I am unable because it will say "error: please pull forward and redo your entire order atwindow", or it is out of order or malfunctions. Not user error because I've used other Subway order screens in Tulsa just finewith no issues. Staff: Their staff are ordinary. They get your order done quickly, but do not go out of their way to smile,politely chat, etc. Restrooms: Only been once. Was clean. 3 star review mainly because of difficulty of drive thru and coldnessof staff. Read more
