My orange chicken was hard and stale, I also ordered the angus beef that was $1.50 upcharge and I got 2 pc of meat. Tried to... call and they just kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I was already home so I didn?t plan on driving 15-20 minutes back,so I just threw it away. Paid $40 for 3 people and would?ve had better luck going to McDonald?s which is sad. Read more

I understand that it may be company policy to not do refunds if say the customer already touched the food. But when I'm at the... drive thru, and I heard you said the wrong total and i wave and try to get your attention for you to not see me or ignore me andstill run my card and then I immediately tell you when you hand me the receipt that you overcharged me and then have theAUDACITY to say you cant give me a refund for a mistake YOU made. This is the second time ive had an issue with your location,last time you guys forgot my chicken ENTIRELY which i paid for and was told i couldn't get a refund for. My only option was todrive all the way down there or use some sort of store credit within 30 days. I only put 2 stars because i do like the food butas a franchise do better and allow refunds for YOUR MISTAKES! This location in Cleveland has been open for a few months and ithink ive honestly eaten there less than 5 times and 2 times in a row ive had issues. Next time im going to the Panda Express inChattanooga. In a time where many atre struggling financially and may not have few extra dollars to spare to brush off a mistakelike this, its extremely frustrating to just be told id be given more food......i dont WANT more food I want to be charged thecorrect amount. This is coming from someone who has worked in the restaurant industry in many positions including as a manager.Panda express you need to start giving refunds in a situation such as this, you're not a 5 star restaurant to feel the need torefuse something that simple. Close to I-75 with easy access including drive thru. Plenty of seating inside and same pseudo-buffet ordering process. Food prep... is formulaic so you'll get the same flavors you've had elsewhere if you've eaten at the chain. For the newcomer, plenty ofchoices that'll satisfy most picky plates. Picky's Recommendation: if you want a quick meal that's not burgers and fries this'lldo the trick. And if you like Coke, give the bottled Coke with real sugar. Tastes better I think. One complaint: dined in andthey gave me a bag even though I said 3 times I didn't want one to done in. What a waste--literally. Read more

I?ve had two orders messed up in the span of a week. Usually very quick service through the drive through, but I?d rather them... be slower and get the orders correct. All that aside the staff have been friendly. *EDITED* to add that this last trip is theworst fast food experience I?ve ever had in my life. I will never go back to this Panda Express. While I?m usually a happy customer at Panda Express, I will not be returning. I ordered the beef and broccoli bowl today and... upon opening it to eat it, I found a dead maggot sitting on the beef. I called and the manager was very understanding andoffered to give me new food (which i politely declined), but not a refund. I feel really bad to leave this review, but I feelthat it should be known. Read more

Well, one order was missing an entire meat, the other might a well have. The beef and broccoli was 95%broccoli and had two tiny... pieces of beef. AND every time I get chicken teriyaki they forget the sauce! How hard is it to remember to put the sauce in thebag? So disappointed.. Read more

Walnut Shrimp is good and my Orange Chicken was good but had a few pieces that were tough or I would have given this place 5... stars. Fried Rice was good but it didn't seem fried, more like steamed. Overall it's great to have this here in Cleveland andit's pretty good food. Hopefully a year from now they are still serving quality food. Read more
