We catered boxed lunches from here at work for 120+ people! Overall, the food was good, but none of the sandwiches were labeled.... We ordered sandwiches for associates who had certain restrictions so it was frustrating for them not to be labeled and difficultto find them. Read more

Giving one is generous the older lady sure wearing gloves but after making two other customers subs and then ringing up their... order and handling money wants to make our subs. She was told to change gloves then had attitude about it I then order blackforest ham and said double meat she said it comes with 12 slices already which has never got before. I said we'll double anywayshe got more of attitude. After I get the other girl to make our subs she helps another customer which she puts on wrongdressings wasn't happy. Then she went in the back to fill mayo bottles after coming back out she puts them in fridge sectionthen starts making a woman's meatball sub no gloves touches the bread and then puts grabs the cheese and starts to put it onwhen she said oh I have no gloves but threw the cheese back in the container and then puts on gloves I would say she put thesame cheese back on not sure. All and said the place is not the way it use to be workers in the evening are not happy crosscontamination everywhere I won't be coming back and telling everyone. This was my $10 protein bowl that isn't even half way full. This subway has slowly went downhill and it's the most convenient... location to my work however I will drive out of my way to make sure I don't go back to this one. Read more
This was the worst visit I've ever had at this store. Normally, I always give a five star rating. The people are so nice, and... the food is always great. We arrived at 5:43 and walked up to the counter. The girl behind there had a call -in order she wastrying to get ready. She NEVER looked up, never spoke or acknowledged us being there in any way! We waited a few minutes andstill nothing. We finally turned and left frustrated, but still she never looked up or said anything. I just received the best customer service I've ever had! The two wonderful ladies working were so quick that I spent only 3... minutes in there getting my sub! They were so fast and pleasant, I did not feel rushed at all. Now that I'm eating the sub, it'salso the best sub I've ever had from subway! It was very clean inside, not a smidgen of dirt or dust in sight. I am very happywith my purchase and experience. Read more
