The beans in my burrito were super super runny....hot... but basically soup....and i burnt my tongue..
I did a mobile order and as I entered the parking lot I received a text saying go inside to the pickup counter. I did this and... stood there for nearly 30 minutes as they prepared other peoples food that had ordered after I came in the door. I decided to goinside because when I use the drive thru it?s a strange process. I?m not saying I won?t go back to Taco Bell, but I will not begoing back to this one. Read more
They gave me the wrong order and since I was on lunch and unable to bring back the food right away because of work not only did... I not get to eat but they wouldn?t give me a refund. Then the manager yelled at me from the back of the kitchen when it wasn?teven busy unwilling to show herself. The restaurant was unclean and I wasted $11 for nothing. Read more

On 7/7/2022 I was in the drive thru and there was a long line. When I got to the speaker the young man asked if I could wait he... was have some technical difficulties and I said of course I would. He came back and apologized and took my order. Once I got tothe window the girl apologized also and I said that it was fine I had no problem waiting. The girl gave me a discount and gaveme a free taco card for being nice to the workers. I love the Taco Bell on Lee Hwy!! Employees are very pleasant and I?ve neverhad a bad experience. Read more

Got a Nice Drive Thru Sign Open but no Sign that clarifies ?Dining is Closed.? Just Plain Paper with Dining Close would do Job.
