Always run out of baked chicken ALWAYS after waiting in drive-thru for 22mins I was told there were know baked thighs and that... it takes 2hrs to cook more baked thighs this was at 6:30pm now mind you I'm a cook and it doesn't take 2hrs to bake chickenthighs 2NITES in a row know baked THIGHS???? I love coming here. And I have heard is one of the best Hartz Chicken Buffets. Is very clean, and the owner seems to really care... for it. I have normally seen him there working and treating everyone with respect. Everyone else seems to enjoy working there aswell. I highly recommend for dine in and take out. Read more
Sunday 9/18/22 Family order mixed with dozen of rolls bought. Chicken was bad, caused food poisoning for aunt and nephew. ... Tasted like it was over soaked in salt water and thighs were Re-fried. Will send photo next time. We?ve eaten here before andit was good so someone did a No-no this time. Would like to continue coming if service improves. Read more
There is not a Hartz close to where I live (Austin area) and so I rarely get to enjoy them. I was hungry and in the area. ... Between the slow service at Sonic (right around the cor er) and the shortage of staff here causing little delay it was a 45minute order between the 2 of them with the majority of it being Sonic and was JUST for drinks there. The rolls were really good the rest was decent. But i would have liked a little more peaches in the peach cobbler.

The buffet is always fresh and hot. the place is clean and the food taste great.I love the hot rolls . I'm going to add to my... review, on my visit tonight I was all smiles coming through the door. This place is always super clean,and the Buffett is alwaysHot and kept fresh. I don't even like chicken,but the owner is fined tuned to cleanliness, and great service. Very clean and maintained restaurant, best hartz chicken I had ever had. Food is always fresh and hot major plus.
