It was so packed you could not sit down and the wait time was over 30 mins!!! Lots of customers getting their money back. Could... not get any help, very little service. I went here this morning and got my daughter and I breakfast. The drive through was really long so I went in. There was nobody... at the counter so we ended up using the kiosk to place our order. It took forever for our food to come out. We got told severaltimes that our drinks were being made but clearly they weren't. Finally two of our three drinks got made and we got tired ofwaiting and passed off to different employees so I just said screw it because that third drink wasn't worth the bad service,confusion and just all around chaos. Hopefully the next time we come here our experience will be better. Read more

Horrible experience every visit I'd rather not go at all but I have kids who like chicken nuggets from McDonald's and I like the... sweet tea I always ask for extra ice because the bottom of the drink is always warm tea melts the ice it's not chilled however Inever get extra ice so I'll ask again at the window and get awful looks eyes rolled at me or plain rudeness the receiptliterally says extra ice below drink order. I usually get my cup back with a crushed lid less ice than before and tea leakingdown the side because that's what I want in my cup holder... Drive thru is always backed up. Welcome to the worst fast food service in Cleveland tx. I ordered a Big Mac with light sauce and got extra sauce. If you ask... cheese they won't add the cheese. If you ask for plain burger you get everything on it. The customer service skills sucks whenordering through the drive thru menu, they are rude when ordering. Their welcome greeting is silence or what do you want orsometimes just "Yeah" maybe once or twice in 9 years have I heard welcome to McDonald's can I take your order. It was probablynot a child or child manager running at the time. What happened to the old school service? I'm thinking the owners need to takea good look at their company or companies and how there training is. Read more
All I wanted was some of Micky D's famous fries but instead the ones I got were old ,brown , simi-warm with excuses. I just... got my money back. Might have to start peeling my own potatoes lol. Fast food just isn't fresh anymore. Read more
