They will often close before posted closing times. For a franchised location I honestly think it?s ridiculous. Showed up at... 9:35pm and posted to close at 10pm and an employee is inside doors locked, closing up inside for the night, makes eye contactwith me as I point to the hours of service posted outside and just ignores me. Giving them one star is being generous. Not only was the staff rude the sandwich was poorly made. The tuna was swimming in mayo.... That?s all you could taste. Asked for black olives, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles - no lettuce, 1 pickle and 3 olives. Tomatoes should have been thrown out days ago!!! Read more

Would give no stars if was an option... my coworkers and I ordered 6 sandwiches through the app and not one sandwich was made... correctly. Went in to address the error and the lady was rude and said she has worked there for years and has NEVER messed up onan order... well she missed 6 sandwiches up today!!!
