My 8 month pregnant, teacher on break wife's pre order was canceled 12 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up with the... only notification via email. Order was placed 54 minutes before needing to be picked up. Lack of communication leading to mywife being inconvenienced doesn't fly under the radar for me and am letting you know about. Wether this was a glitch in thesystem or human error, hospitality failed on your behalf today. I wouldn't want your loved ones inconvenienced so please dobetter. Read more

I'll be honest, as a brother customer service is always poor because of prejudice and stereotypes. On the contrary when an... individual is dealing with someone that looks like them you expect a little better. Nope! Nice to most, rude as hell to myselfwithout merit. Maybe I was just there at the wrong time but I had a very bad experience. My conclusion was that this is not in business to... provide what the customer needs. It is simply in business to take in money under the pretense of being a place where people canget something to eat. When I entered there was only one employee present--a woman who said this was her second day on the job,and she had just been thrown in with little training. I'll give her credit. She did her best but was struggling. A few minuteslater another employee entered. A young man who might still have been in high school. The woman tried to get him to help herbut he had no interest in assisting in any way and seemed to regard the whole thing as a joke. My sandwich was finallycompleted. I added a bag of potato chips and then tried to find a medium sized cup for my fountain drink. There were none. Iasked the woman about it; she asked the man and he simply shrugged and said there weren't any. It didn't matter to him. So bydefault I had to pay for a large cup--the only kind I could get. I then took my food and stepped over to the soda machine. Theflavor I wanted was out. I tried another flavor. It was out. I tried a third. Out. I went back to the counter to inform theemployees. The man walked over to the soda machine to see for himself, which apparently was an extraordinary thing for him todo, and far beyond his obligations. He checked and saw for himself that everything was out. Of course he had no inclination todo anything about it. It must not have been any responsibility of his. I asked what was I supposed to drink and with a smirk onhis face he pointed to the juice dispenser. It seemed to be another joke to him. The new manager at this store is horrible. He has a habit of playing on his phones while employees work! I drop in every now... and then on my way home for a sandwich to eat at home. And most of the time, there is usually one curly headed guy working thewhole line by himself. He holds the line pretty good and has great interaction with his customers. However, now I barely see himthere and it's gotten worse. The lines are longer and they take forever to make one sandwich. The employees have NO interactionwith the customer at all, besides the normal "What kinda of ____ do you want". Read more
Employees were great, nice, friendly and very helpful and made you feel at home. The sub was amazing. Clean and welcoming... environment. Definitely recommend this place! Read more
