horrible service every dingle time. employees don't believe they actually have to do "things" like make food. always out of at... least 2 or 3 things. asked for a little extra meat after someone else did and everyone started having a meltdown about me payingfor it. no discount for the other main ingredients missing. I font know why I keep giving this place chances. If I could give zero stars for my delivery order I would. Please teach your people that you do not put Cold sweating soda on... the bottom of a paper bag and then place 2 warm sodas on top to crush everything in the bag. What a waste of time and money. They had a drive-thru, but is was for mobile and online orders. She told me I could come in and place my order. The staff was... friendly and helpful. They also had dine in service. I was happy to get my Mom's order after to failed attempts. Thanks guys Read more
In my opinion, the worst Chipotle location on the East side (maybe Ohio). The mobile pick window is convenient, but the... positives stop there. I have had numerous orders messed up because the staff don?t or can?t read the order. Burritos poorlywrapped, wrong fillings, stale chips, and just today, gave me a burrito bowl instead of a burrito (receipt reads burrito). Noapology, just a replacement burrito that fell apart halfway through eating it, and almost no chicken. I recommend going to anyother Chipotle before wasting money at this location. Read more
This new location open up I believe on 6/9..it seems like a nice location. The staff was friendly serving the food and overall... pretty clean. Only drawback the restrooms have codes you need to use that's on the bottom of your receipt. If you go in havingto use it first oh well. It must be for security reasons Read more
I went in the evening around 8 o?clock for a meal. There were probably three people ahead of me and one server on the line. ... Quite a few things needed refilling, but none of the five other coworkers were making any effort to do so. He was left to workwith what he had. He took three orders at a time and then moved down to the salsa station to complete them himself. Thegentleman ahead of me had to then wait at the register for the cashier to finish eating chips in the back and decide to comeand check him out. I checked out and left. When I got home, I found that the chicken was pretty dry and the overall taste wasnot great. I also found a small piece of plastic in my food. Ugh! I will be calling management this morning.
