I lived in Denver and ate at a vegan restaurant there a few times. It always gave me a stomach ache, whatever ingredients they... used. This place, however, is fantastic. Absolutely incredible restaurant. Highly recommend the Korean BBQ (I believe it's a recurring weekly special), loaded nachos,... and the fried cauliflower appetizer. And the Thai iced tea! I love this place, the food, environment, and the staff! Everything on the menu is delicious and different than anything else... you can get in Cleveland. Best vegan restaurant in Cleveland - period! If you are in the metro Cleveland area you must visit Foodhisattva! A quaint, very... clean, nice restaurant that has fantastic service and amazing food! I can truly say that even though I'm vegan I'm not a fan ofcauliflower prepared in any way. But their curry cauliflower bites converted me. And their chick-n sandwich, with thecombination of sauces, crunchy crust yet juicy interior, is a 5 star delight!
