I purchased a baked potato with chicken and shrimp, I only received shrimp and I called back to ask them about my order and the... young lady said that I was lying and that the owner said return the food and he will remake it, I told them I was to far awayand the owner said I don't refund money because I used my debit card. I didn't even want to post my entire catfish dinner to save them some embarrassment. This by far my least favorite meal this... year from ANY food spot in Cleveland. First time customer, called my order in waited 30 minutes for it only to get there and for them to tell me they don?t take cash.... My husband ordered the scampie dinner, he was supposed to get six scampies, but only received five. The Mac and cheese was dry... and so were the yams. I am very disappointed because my husband only went there because of me. After spending nearly fortydollars and having to wait 30 minutes for my sandwich and his dinner is very disheartening. Plus the amount of food they put inthe sandwich and dinner left us still hungry. We will never go there again. I wish we had gone across the street to Angela Mia. Read more

1st time customer. Ordered 3 perch dinners w fries and coleslaw. The young lady who took the phone order was very pleasant. ... The dinners were ready upon arrival and customer service was very good.
