It run by very nice east indian ppl, and we all know they change the way things are done. Not enough meat sandwich was lacking.... Very rude.... I order my lunch online. A coworker picked up all of or orders which it was 5 of us that ordered so even order at... the store. All of the orders was wrong i called to ask if i can come get my order replaced and my cheese cup was not in the bagalso. He must have pick up the wrong online order because he was tell me that is what i ordered and telling him its not. I willbe taking my food back and i don't want any thing but my money back. Checked for time open. Arrived at 8:40 pm. Online and sign on door says open til 9 pm. Lights were still on, but door was locked... by a young lady as I was getting out of my car directly in front of the door. I ordered curbside bc I'm just getting over covid but they never answered the phone once I got there. What's the point of having... curbside as an option if you're not actually going to bring the food out. Once I got home which is literally 3 mins away fromthe restaurant, the fries were ice cold and so was the sandwich. The only thing that was hot was the cheese sauce. I came in with my granddaughter today and while ordering food my granddaughter yells out "only one pickle on my sand which... please!!" And the chef hears her! He says to herI only put one pickle as you requested young lady..she blushes and says thankyou...it was very sweet! We ordered online and were five minutes early for pickup, and our order was just about ready. The service was good and the fella... was nice to deal with. The roman burger was on tap to share with my boys as they're from Kansas City and never had a RomanBurger ????. So I will tell you that if you want the true Roman Burger from the 30 year old memory banks, get a large with theextra meat... Otherwise you will be disappointed lol.
