Lousy service lost attitude. Pizza more than two hours late. The guy on the phone had absolutely not a care in the world. I'm... sorry to say this is not the first time I've had the same exact experience with this restaurant. I have no idea who owns it orwho's running it but they are not professional and they really do not care about service or even good food. I ordered $72.00 worth of pizza only to get the wrong order twice. And I can't get anyone to answer the phone. They need to put... down the cell phones and handle business. The order was for 3 pizza's large and 18 wings. I got 2 large and a little pan pizzasand the worst over cooked wings with little to no sauce. I will never get anything from there again. Like others..I ordered, waited for more than two hours and even tipped well. Pizza was ice cold. The only reason I even took the... delivery was because my gf wanted it. I had already ate something else as after an hour and a half and expecting it to be therein forty min I was hungry. I don't even care about the time just be honest. I had called and spoke with the workers and could'vewalked there and back in twenty minutes tops...edit...I forgot to add that they gave us free food for the next time...samecomplaints...took way to long. PLEASE BE CAREFUL ORDERING DELIVERY!! I ordered food from Pizza Hut. Delivery was transferred to Door Dash. Food arrived 1 hour... and 20 mins after ordering. Pizza was cold and the safety seal was broken. Wings were taken and so was the two liter. Called thestore and was told that once the order leaves Pizza Hut it is no longer their problem. Was offered a wing replacement and a newtwo liter but that would need to be picked up. Ordered Delivery for a reason. Blown away by how unhelpful everyone was and howthe blame was put on me the Customer. I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered for delivery, was quoted 25-35 minutes. Received a text alert my food was out for delivery after 20 minutes. Called... store after an hour and was told my order was sitting waiting for a delivery driver. Call back in another hour to be told thatmy, already prepared and sitting for 2 hours now order, could be canceled or I could continue to wait and hope. Apparently thisstore uses DoorDash services and when they're not available, customer gets no food. The man that I spoke with at the store wasprofessional but demeanor didn't bring a long waited for lunch. Read more
I ordered food at 11:20a from this store. At noon they called and said they didn't have part of my order, so we compromised. At... 2:00pm I called to ask where my food was. The guy Charles said door dash canceled. Never got a call, no apologies, nothing. Igave him a piece of my mind and hung up. Harsh words were said by him and by me and he told me not to order from his storeagain. Too easy. Wish I read the reviews of first. Hope he reads this. I choose the family box...ham, pineapple and saussage on the Hawaiian pizza side of the box...We're is the sauce? The toppings?... Only the two center cuts a few toppings..the rest of the pizza was crust...if you feed that to your kids its worse than povertyfood...down right a robbery Read more
Don't sue this store. Mgr is a liar, makes excuses about everything. Has no idea where delivery driver is or what he has or... doesn't. Takes no responsibility for anything, worst experience with pizza joint ever, arrived barely warm and an hour and ahalf AFTER order placed. Tastes different than other stores too.
