I?m giving them a 3 because I ordered through Caviar app after it directed me to them when I selected to pick up my order. My... friend went to pick it up at the scheduled pick up time (roughly 35 minutes after placing the order and was told they don?t usethat app, and they didn?t receive my order. They were shown the receipt via phone and the cashier called her boss and the bossstill declined to make the order. Once my friend returned and I called them to ask them how was there no order but they took mymoney. The young cashier on the phone was VERY POLITE (and that?s the only reason this place is getting 3 stars!!!!) Shecontinuous tried to figure out what was going on, and somehow after about 5 minutes the ?food order receipt? must have beenfound and she got back on the phone to apologize and tell me we could come back and get the order. (We went back a second timeand It was made fresh and was good, but it shouldn?t have taken almost two hours when clearly they received the ticket and itjust got replaced.) Terrible customer service !! I asked them what were my options on a order that they messed up, They told me they couldn?t fix my... order until the next day because school just got out and they have to serve other customers. I went back to subcity where theydid not respect me blamed everything on me. Claimed that I always cause problems every time I go in there when this would be mysecond time coming to this location. On top of it all my potato bowl that they ?fixed? was completely submerged in oil, and thestaffing started cursing at me like I wasn?t a valued customer!! I would not recommend this location !! Restaurant is Dirty and it's only a kitchen and a place to order your food... Wings can be over cooked often, and not adequate... amount of dressing used by the cooks... My first time eating at this place experience was terrible because the person over the phone was very rude. It took over 30... minutes for my food it be prepared and it was incorrect. The girl in the store talk it all up how long it took me to get mycredit card but not the fact that she got my order wrong and my food was incorrect. I emailed the person who is the contact forthe company and he emailed me once about the issue and hoping to get resolved but I?ve emailed him now three times and nothinghas been really given a response from him. I?m very disappointed in my experience and I wish that it was good because they didhave one thing good on the menu and that was the wings. I got the soul roll and big city steak sub it was not enough meat inthe sandwich and I ordered loaded waffle fries I got loaded in Regular fries. I?m writing this review because I?m verydisappointed that the gentleman that is supposed to be over the company email me and then nothing has been said to me after I?veemailed him three times to get this issue resolved. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy who works at the Lee Rd location is EXTREMELY rude every time I come to get food. He?s tall,... lanky, tatted, and disgruntled because at 40+ years old he?s taking orders at a Sub Shop for $12 per hour and can only talkabout his aspirations to be a rapper. I came in recently, ordered my food, he couldn?t find my order in the system, didn?t giveme the correct change, got my order and it was still incorrect. I asked him nicely if I could have fries with steak. Oh, that?snot something we could do. After I told him that I asked for cheese on my fries, he got an attitude and told me that I neversaid that over the phone even though I order the same thing every time I come. Then when they corrected the order, instead ofmaking me a new batch of fries, the associate just sprinkled a few pieces of cheese. Lastly, he thought he?d be funny and callme Sir in front of the other employees and customers when everyone in their knows I?m a woman.
